How to Find Us
Finding Our Redruth Office
We are situated on Penryn Street right in the heart of Redruth, next to the St Rumon’s Social Club. Our offices are on the 1st floor of The Chambers, above Kernow Credit Union. The entrance is in an alley to the left of the building. The door remains locked for safety reasons so you will need to ring the bell marked CRCC, then someone will come and let you in.
There is a lift should you need one.
Everyone, including staff based at Redruth, are expected to sign into the Visitor Book when they arrive and to sign out when they leave.
Travel
Carparks:
St Rumon’s Social Club Car Park (next door to our office)
Flowerpot Chapel Car Park (TR15 2AE)
New Cut/New Cut Extension Car Park (TR15 1AF)
West End Car Park (TR15 3AD).
Travel by Train:
You might prefer to travel in by train. The station in Redruth is a short walk downhill to the office.
Accessibility
This is a guide on accessing our main Redruth office and other useful information.
Assisted hearing facilities: We have a permanent hearing loop installed in our conference room and two portable hearing loops available for use elsewhere in the building.
Dogs: Guide dogs and hearing dogs are welcome in the building.
Events: When organising events, conferences, seminars and training, CRCC recognises the need to be inclusive and keeps this in mind whenever possible.
