Are you an individual who needs support? We offer a range of assistance and options and may be able to offer support or training.

Do you look after someone? We may be able to help you with a carers assessment, joining a support group or letting others know about your experience, take a look at what’s available via Kernow Carers Service.

Are you looking for training? Visit our Training Page to see what we can offer.

Are you looking for support with household bills? We offer home visits and small, friendly group sessions giving advice on fuel bills, heating costs and how to switch tariff.  We can let you know about grants that are available, about the priority services register and give support with water bills and other debts.  These are free and open to all.  Please contact us on 01872 243535 or email sharon.davey@cornwallrcc.org.uk

Do you feel lonely and socially isolated?  West Cornwall Befrienders is a project that could help you. Our volunteers befriend a lonely or housebound person and visit them for just one or two hours per week on a regular basis.  For an informal chat and further information please contact Beccy Trahair 01736 334676 or e-mail beccy.trahair@pcdt.org.uk.
