To assist and support the development of the Cornwall Independant Poverty Forum

• Aspirations and Experiences
• Working in patnership with and influencing local and national policies.
• Undertaking research related to social exclusion issues.
• Provide training to improve the capacity within rural communities to address some of the issues that affect them.
• Helping those disadvantaged to access voluntary and statutory services.
• Raising awareness of issues affecting those who are socially excluded.

Giving a voice to the rurally socially excluded by supporting four countywide events raising awareness of issues relating to poverty, enabling five projects to be delivered that support those who are socially excluded.

To influence positive change to local and national policies. To ensure that statutory services are delivered to 30 people who are socially excluded.

Measured by feedback from those individuals and the projects delivered and by those socially excluded individuals accessing statutory services.
