Community Planning and Development
CRCC’s Community Planning and Development Team offer support and advice to voluntary and community organisations and social enterprises across Cornwall.
The Team works in a number of different areas advising parishes who want to produce a community plan, supporting community groups to deliver local projects in the China Clay area, providing facilitation support to social enterprises applying to the Community and Social Enterprise fund (CASE), advising community groups establishing social enterprises and supporting villages in opening a community owned shop.
In addition to this, we have recently launched Vital Venues, a new way of supporting Cornwall’s community buildings. The provision of advice and support to community buildings is an activity we are proud to have been delivering for 65 years, so we are very excited about this new service.
