What is ICT Support?
CRCC provides a professional affordable ICT service that understands the needs of charities and the voluntary sector.
What can we do for you?
The ICT service provides technical support, troubleshooting advice, guidance on purchase, servers, networks, virus protection and can assist with installation of equipment. We can assist both on-site and remotely.
How it works
We ensure the charities we advise are aware of savings which are available specifically to the sector and donation programs which they may be eligible for.
We advise and assist in implementing appropriate network security, data back-up facilities, virus protection and data protection mechanisms. We can carry out audits on existing hardware and software across an organisation, assisting in compliance with software licensing and providing advice regarding future upgrades and compatibility issues. We can also provide advice on the safe disposal of redundant IT equipment and ensure sensitive data is adequately erased when required.
We charge a basic hourly rate (plus VAT), or we can undertake more specialized ICT work, which can be quoted for on an individual basis. Support and advice for minor problems is available remotely to charitable organisations at a minimal cost.
