Lady Mary Holborow is Lord Lieutenant of Cornwall and has been since 1994. She kindly agreed to become Patron of CRCC four years ago, having been a trustee for 25 years.

Lady Mary is married with two children and six grandchildren. She was a magistrate for 25 years and on retiring became Lord Lieutenant. She has previously been a board member, chair or patron of many organisations, such as: University College Falmouth, Cornwall College, South West Water, Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Health Authority, Rural Development Commission, National Maritime Museum and Cornwall Community Foundation.

She has been a fantastic support to our charity for many years, both in the foreground, but importantly often in the background and we thank her for her continued support’.
