This is a unique opportunity to gain new skills, receive training and provide a listening ear to those in distress, whilst working in the comfort of your own home.
The Cornwall Rural Community Council (CRCC) Mental Health Helpline ‘Nightlink’ is looking to recruit new volunteers to provide telephone support, once a fortnight, during the evening. Full training, regular supervision, volunteer meetings and on-call support are all provided. Nationally accredited training is also available, and of course out of pocket expenses are paid.
There is no better time to start volunteering as its Volunteers’ Week!
