After undertaking a user survey, the Cornwall Rural Community Council (CRCC) are pleased to find that the majority of people using their services are happy with the support and advice that they have received.

The CRCC are always seeking to maintain and improve their current services offered to communities and individuals, so a survey was the ideal way to find out how people have found the wide range of services on offer. Furthermore 95% of respondents would be happy to recommend the CRCC’s services to others.
