CRCC has been commissioned by Cornwall Council to administer a small grants scheme as part of the Council’s Together for Families programme.

The grant is aimed at Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations, already delivering, or potentially delivering, services in the community to the hardest to reach families. The grant aims to enable these organisations to build on current delivery and practice and to deliver innovative approaches which improve outcomes for families with complex needs.

Constituted organisations can apply for a grant between £500 and £7000 and can apply only once in any 12-month period. Subsequent applications must be for new initiatives or projects.

This grant aims to fund unpaid, informal carers’ groups to give their members opportunities to ‘switch off’ from their caring responsibilities by taking part in group activities and events that promote their health and wellbeing. Groups can apply for up to £750 per application.
