This is a guide on accessing our main Truro office at 2 Princes Street and other useful information. For queries on our other premises, please contact us.
Parking
We are situated in the centre of Truro and because of this we do not have our own dedicated parking. There are disabled parking spaces at the bottom of Lemon Street and in Duke Street (at the back of our building). Customers with mobility problems can also be dropped off near by using the loading bay opposite our building.
Accessing the premises
As a charity organisation the CRCC are committed to providing services that are accessible to all.
Since moving into our head office in Truro, we have been working towards improving access to the building wherever we can. We have now been successful in acquiring equipment to enable full wheelchair access to our office and this is readily available.
However, we regret that we do not currently have wheelchair accessible toilet facilities. It is our intention to provide these facilities in the future, if it is possible and we are currently in the process of applying for planning permission. We hope that this will be successful and if we are able to gain support with the funding we will endeavor to provide these facilities as soon as we are able.
Meantime please accept our sincere apologies for this unavoidable situation.
Assisted hearing facilities
We have a permanent hearing loop installed in our conference room and two portable hearing loops available for use elsewhere in the building.
Dogs
Guide dogs and hearing dogs are welcome in the building.
